Here's our tried and tested liver cake recipe - back by popular demand!

½ lb liver
½ lb flour
1 egg
1 clove of garlic
½ teaspoon olive oil
2 tablespoons milk (add more if needed)

If you have any leftover carrots, or any other veg, you can add this to the mixture too.

Put everything except the flour in the blender and liquidise to a pink, stinky goo!

When its all pureed together, add the flour a bit at a time.  If its too floury, add a little more milk.

Put into a lightly greased brownie baking tin and cook on a moderate temperature (5/180) for about 25 minutes (depending on the ferocity of your oven and if its fan-assisted). It should rise a little bit, be firm to the touch and cooked right through when you cut it.

Cut into cubes, cool and freeze when you wont be using straightaway.

Delicious - apparently!
